Description

In this varied position, you will provide effective advisory support to hiring managers, candidates and the wider HR team.

As the Early Careers Advisor you will be managing the end-to-end recruitment of graduate and placement trainees, reviewing CVs, test results, video interviews and shortlisting all suitable trainee applicants for assessment centres.

The right candidate will be able to develop and maintain relationships with Schools and Universities along with establishing new relationships. Adopting a flexible approach to work, you will thrive in a fast-paced role and will be motivated to ensure that the People team continues to offer a great level of service. The business has ambitious growth plans in Early Careers and this position will be instrumental in delivering against those plans.

Profile

As the Early Careers Advisor you will:

  • Have experience of early careers/future talent/volume recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to offer an excellent client service to hiring managers & candidates
  • Good IT skills and be particularly comfortable working with MS Word and Excel, having applicant tracking systems (ATS) experience would be an advantage
  • A 'can do' attitude with the aptitude to deal with a high volume of candidate applications and requests
