The role will involve supporting the department in full HR generalist activities such as onboarding new hires, compliance checks, responding HR queries and questions and updating the specialised systems. This a great opportunity for someone to further their skillset within a values-based organisation that encourage development and support.

We have partnered with a thriving Not for Profit organisation based in West Yorkshire who are looking for a HR Assistant to join their busy HR team.

Description

The role holder will be involved in the busy onboarding processes of new hires, where they'll be required to work proactively with high levels of attention to detail. They will also be a point of call for any HR related queries where communication will be key, and updating employee records and specialist systems.

Profile

Candidates wishing to apply should have:

  • Experience of following processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Previous experience dealing with compliance checks and HR would be benefitial
