HR Generalist | Hybrid Working | Salary up to £35,000

Fantastic opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a Global Chemical Organisation on a permanent basis. They have sites across UK, Asia, Middle East and Europe; however, this role will be supporting the UK site only which has a head count of roughly 80 employees. My client has got lots of growth plans so it's an exciting time to be joining them. They operate a hybrid model of a 2/3 split.
Your new role
As a HR Generalist you will work closely with the HR Manager and manage the day to day operations of the HR department. Your role as a HR Generalist will be far form one-dimensional. Responsibilities will include recruitment, employee lifecycle, employee relations, coaching and advising managers, talent management, data reporting and HR projects. Your role will be to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation. As the HR generalist you will define and maintain the company culture, represent the values of the of the company, ensure company policies and HR legislations and ensure stakeholders at every level are held accountable.
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Generalist HR experience
- Confident with a proactive attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
