I am working with a chartered accountancy firm who are rapidly growing their HR team and are now looking for an L&D Admin to join them in London City.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be working as a Learning and Development Administrator, with a heavy focus on early careers. Some day-to-day tasks will include: managing the onboarding of early careers staff, keeping track of training courses and records, managing bookings, and much more. You will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, and you will be expected to bring forward your own ideas and ways to improve the L&D process as a whole.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in an L&D or HR background
- Ideal exposure to early careers
- Experience managing projects
- Organised and confident individual
