Your new role
Working for a large commercial business, you will be providing full HR support to the site. Based within a larger HR team, you will be supporting line managers with the full employee lifecycle. This will include recruitment and selection, ER case work and updating policies and procedures. As this sis a small team, you will also need to pick up some of the administration of things like there company car scheme, onboarding etc.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Professional who can provide guidance to line managers on all things HR. Along side this you will need to have strong communication skills and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
