Client Details

A well establish Brighton based organisation are looking to hire an Administrator on a permanent basis.

Description

As Administrator you will:

  • Provide full administration for internal and external supplier meetings, including coordinating timing, sending out agendas, taking minutes and ensuring minutes are agreed
  • Ensure all minutes / actions are saved appropriately to the document management system
  • Support the team with tracking delivery against agreed deliverables, ensuring timely updates
  • Administer regular system access reviews, ensuring full reporting and auditability
  • Support with the administration of quarterly supplier operational control reviews
  • Support with the administration of service management internal control framework
  • Ensure asset logs are kept up to date
  • Provide administration support at the risk management review meeting, ensuring risks are kept up to date
