Oakleaf Partnership are working with a prestigious Professional Services firm in the City on a Reward Assistant position. This role offers a competitive salary with excellent benefits, and is a permanent role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support for Reward and Benefit processes
  • Acting as first point of contact for all benefits queries,
  • Assisting with annual benefit renewal processes
  • Processing all Reward and Benefit invoices

Experience required for this role include:

  • Experience required for this role includes:
  • Experience in Benefits administration
  • Strong IT skills to include excellent working knowledge of Excel, to include V look ups and Pivot tables
  • Experience running basic reports from HR Systems
