Your new company
Our education client is recruiting a stand alone HR Officer to sit within the support team at the school. This role is to replace someone who is moving internally and will be to start as soon as possible.
Your new role
As a HR Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Recruitment and selection of staff
- Staffing matters
- Support staff performance management
- General administration
- Budgetary responsibilities
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have experience within HR or strong administrative skills.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of up to £26,000 plus excellent benefits.
