Your new role
Working on a 4-6 month contract you will join a leading global law firm and operate as an Interim Reward Manager remit. Initially you will be very focussed on HR analytics, data interpretation and presentation to support busy time but once this is done, the role will open up into a wider reward remit including taking the lead on reward and benefits projects such as benefit changes, provider reviews and new wellbeing initiatives, supporting salary benchmarking activity, analysing data, modelling changes to existing pay and salary bands and preparing updates and recommendations for the Salary Review Committee, supporting HR Business Partners through the salary and bonus review process, providing and managing the delivery of our EMEA benefits programs, supported by colleagues in our service delivery team.


What you need to succeed
With a background of working as a Reward Manager within a corporate, global business, you will have solid experience of analytics, reporting, compensation and benefits. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in in benefits procedures and processes, with a proven track record of designing, implementing and managing a broad range of benefits across multiple jurisdictions as well as your ability to lead and manage reward and benefits projects from design through to implementation. You will be proficient in project management related to benefits administration and salary review processes and a confident communicator, able to present and articulate new ideas and proposals to senior leaders. You will have strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel and experience of a Flexible Benefit system, in particular Darwin (Thomsons) is desirable. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice, commit to a 6 month contract working remotely in the UK with the ability to go into the London office as required.
