Were seeking HR Managers to support a national change project for health organisation. Remote Work
We are seeking HR professionals / HR Managers / Senior HR Advisors who have a background of Employer Relations and Change Management to support a national organisation which is undergoing a significant transformational change.
You will be working from Home but have capacity to support in one of regions in Southern England. - EG South East, South Central, South West.
You will working as part of a project team reporting to a regional HR Business Partner supporting a change programme and some BAU HR work within region.
HR Managers will be working with the HRBP on all aspects of planning and coordinating a change management programme including restructure/redundancy/reorganisation/redeployment and consultation process.
You will be supporting managers within region, providing guidance, support and due process for all aspects of change.
- We are looking for experienced HR Managers or Senior HR Advisors / HR professionals who have a background of HR / ER and Change ideally within the NHS or similar public sector or large scale unionised environments
- You will ideally be CIPD qualified with good experience and knowledge of employment law and practical application of change management including consultation. .
- Strong organisational skills
- Positive approach
- Excellent problem solving skills
The role is offered on a 12 months fixed term contract basis to start asap ideally within October
Home Working for the majority but there could be a requirement to travel to a site within one of the regions which you could be aligned. - EG South East, South West, South Central / eg Southampton, Portsmouth, Reading, Oxford, Bristol, Brighton
