Our SME client is recruiting a HR Manager to join their organisation of 70 in a stand alone HR position. You will be responsible for building up the HR team up from scratch with the support of the Operations Manager.
Your new role
As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following: y
- Responsible for all recruitment efforts which include; sourcing, interviewing, accessing applicants, extending offers, uploading applicant profiles in our tracking system, and support with onboarding.
- Identify and propose solutions involving talent acquisition, retention, engagement and development.
- Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Review proposed salary adjustments to establish guidelines in multiple regions.
- Other duties as assigned
This is a hybrid working role, you will be required to travel to the office one day a week in Sevenoaks, Kent.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have 5+ years of experience within the HR field with excellent communication skills, be proactive and the ability to work independently.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of up to £50,000 plus benefits.
