Senior Reward Analytics Manager-
Hybrid working
Leading global technology business is looking for a Senior Reward Analytics Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Reward Analytics, you will provide strategic insight into all Reward programmes, including merit increase budget, pay equity analysis, benchmarking and bonus pool modelling, challenging existing practices and status quo where necessary
Key responsibilities:
- Lead review of reward policies to ensure consistency and cost-efficiency, assisting with change management with other Reward team members and COEs where necessary
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Vendors, Reward partners, people solutions, payroll, ER, HRBPs, Finance team and senior leaders) to deliver Reward Processes and facilitate an enhanced employee experience
- Produce ad hoc management information reporting for senior management as required
Requirements:
- proven track record of managing reward for complex, international organisations
- Working knowledge of Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) process in a global company
- Effective communicator; ability to convey a complex topic to a range of audiences
- Excellent data visualisation and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to lead and deliver high status and projects
- Share plan experience is desirable, not essential
- A strong team player, working openly and collaboratively across an international team
