The Opportunity
We are working closely with a highly reputable, global professional services organisation recruiting for a Reward Manager ( Analytics) to join them on a permanent basis
This role will have a strong emphasis on analytics for Reward, where you can bring data to life
This will need one day a week on site - City of London

Salary £55.000 - £70.000 basic + car allowance ( there is no travel attached to this position)

This role will be working with key decision makers and SLT. Strong stakeholder management with notable Reward experience will be key
Some detail
You will be a Reward Professional with a broad and detailed working knowledge of compensation processes with the expertise to implement change using complex reward analytics

Key Duties
Pay Review, Compensation & team administration

*Deliver modelling for compensation processes such as the annual review, compensation structure refresh, job architecture and global initiatives
*Manage the review of compensation data, picking out key trends for analysis, market movements
*Design compensation analytics to inform compensation programme decisions as well as forecast and analyse compensation business outcomes

About you
*Notable experience with Reward is essential
*Proficiency in data analytics and associated tools (advanced in Excel and Power BI)
*Ability to deal with and manage uncertainty and incomplete information with shifting priorities
*Strong stakeholder management with business and HR leaders to facilitate discussions around compensation and Total Reward
