A brilliant opportunity for an Employee Relations Advisor to join a leading leisure company based in West London.
This role has come about from natural growth as the company is looking to bring in some key HR hires over the next couple of quarters with a view to maintain and enhance the people offering.
The ER Advisor will be the first point of contact for staff on site and head office. You will pick up any disciplinary, performance management, wellbeing, grievances and potential employee tribunal cases. You will have the support of Senior HR Business Partners and an experienced HR Director if any cases are needed to be escalated.
The ER Advisor will manage the employee experience in line with the brand values and be able to work alongside other areas of the People Team effectively. As well as this you will be expected to contribute to other HR related projects and have the ability to challenge stakeholders when necessary.
This role requires someone in the West London office 3 days a week with hybrid working.
