As the HR Partner you will play a critical role in delivering the HR plan. The role reports into and works closely with the Director of HR, who is forward thinking, collaborative and supportive. This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused HR Partner to gain exposure to all areas of HR and really make an impact. There is also a clear career path for progress for the right candidate.
The HR Partner will work at both an operational and strategic level, ensuring full alignment to the short, medium, and long-term business objectives. You will be supporting the leadership teams with all elements of people management activity.Profile
- CIPD Qualified to Level 5/7
- An HR generalist with significant experience of providing support to stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent working knowledge of employment law and managing complex employment cases
- Commercially focused
