Were seeking 2 HR Advisors to join a team on a remote basis to support a Change Project Southern based
As an HR Advisor you will be working as part of a regional HR Project team supporting and undertaking a large scale transformational change project for a national public organisation.
Remote Working but you will be aligned to a region within South Central, South East, South West eg Southampton, Portsmouth, Reading, Bristol, Swindon, Oxford, Brighton, Guildford.
Reporting to a regional HR Manager / HR Business Partner you will be supporting a project team in the full programme of change management where the team will be supporting managers and employees with a full restructure, reorganisation, redeployment and redundancy project.
As an HR Advisor you will be supporting on all aspects of the planning, coordinating and administering the activities of the change project you could also support some aspects of generalist HR business as usual activity when needed.
Were seeking HR Advisors / or possibly an experienced HR Coordinators with experience of change management projects.
Ideally HR background
- With a strong interest in HR/Change management (and willing to learn the ropes)
- Strong admin skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good IT skills able to use HR systems and issue of letters
- Any experience or background with ESR system would be desirable but not essential
- Good team working skills
- Positive attitude / problem solving skills
The role is offered on a 1 year fixed contract to start in October / possibly November
Remote Working - You will be aligned to an HR Manager and Regional HRBP working in one of the Regions near to your location. So Home Working but occasional requirement to travel to sites as needs arise.
