The client is a NFP in the Midlands
Description
- HR lead for the business - standalone
- Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date with current employment law
- Advise on all ER matters
- Coordinate all recruitment processes, including on boarding
- Management of HR system
- Identify Training needs for the business
- Offer specialist advice from an HR Perspective on Pay and Benefits, flexible working etc.
Profile
- CIPD qualified
- Solid HR generalist
- Sound knowledge of employment law
- Able to operate in a standalone capacity
- Able to commute to the office just outside Stratford upon Avon
Job Offer
