A well-known leisure and entertainment brand are looking to hire a new Recruitment Lead as they embark on a busy period of growth and transition.
The Recruitment Lead will join the business at an exciting time and look to embed specific processes to improve ways of working from a talent acquisition perspective and build on the candidate experience. You will eventually bring in your own Recruitment Partner to report into you to support with key hiring and some strategy.
The Recruitment Lead will need to have experience of putting in new recruitment frameworks, managing agency relationships and determining which ones to use, stakeholder management expertise as well as some knowledge of ATS.
The business is constantly looking to improve the candidate experience and ensure that hiring managers are on the same page with each hiring process.
You will also have experience of working on and improving the careers page as this will be one of the key projects for the Recruitment Lead to undertake. Most of the focus in terms of hiring will be Head Office and Senior Managers on site for the retail/leisure side of the business.
This role requires someone in the West London office 3 days per week with hybrid working.
