Payroll Manager - Interim or FTC - London - 1 day in the office

£250 to £400 per day - 4 month assignment

Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with an Education provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager, on an interim basis.

As a Payroll Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the payroll production team, within Payroll Services. You will administer and process all payroll payments and deductions for the UK and overseas employees, while working closely with payroll providers as a third party.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, direction and effective day to day management of the Payroll production team in Payroll Services
  • Responsible for checking and validating the accuracy and completion of each months pay run
  • Manage and motivate all direct reports within the Payroll team to enable the achievement of organisational, business, personal development and performance targets
  • Responsible for the reconciliation, scheduling and timely processing of payments to third parties
