I have a great opportunity at a highly reputable Insurance company for an interim HRBP. You will be working closely with the business to drive business performance, people capability and engagement. You will be partnering your key stakeholders to provide guidance and advice on all HR. This is a fabulous opportunity to utilise your experience and add value within a friendly and supportive team.

Salary: £75000 to £80000

This will be a 6 month FTC with the opportunity of extension

Hybrid working

Accountabilities include:

  • Responsible for the full employee lifecycle
  • Understanding business strategies and aligning the people plan to ensure the achievement of business objectives
  • Supporting, coaching, advising and influencing business leaders to increase engagement and performance
  • Being a trusted advisor and providing advice on a range of HR issues such as reward, ER, talent acquisition, development, performance, change, restructure, culture, engagement and diversity
  • Preparing MI reports, providing analysis and insights as required

Skills & Experience

  • To apply you must have HRBP experience within Insurance or Financial Services
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of HR business partnering, strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills and strong decision making skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
  • Demonstrate commerciality and a strong knowledge of current UK employment law
  • Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
