Oakleaf Midlands is partnering with a financial services client based in Northampton. Our client is hiring a Global Payroll Service Delivery Manager and are looking for an individual who has good knowledge and experience working in payroll operations for a large-scale organisation, including good understanding of payroll legislation. You will need to demonstrate the ability to manage and lead a team and have had some exposure in a payroll service management role. This role is a global leadership role within the payroll transaction cycle which will shape the bank's global strategy.

Role duties:

• Lead a global team of 50 FTE in the UK, USA, India and APAC
• Deliver the end-to-end payroll service for all colleagues globally in accordance with all relevant service level agreements
• Manage in line with the GBP budget of the payroll service covering both staff and non-staff costs
• Partner with the payroll services manager to own service reviews with senior business leaders
• Drive a continuous improvement mindset and embed this culture across all the teams
• Support the Group Head of Payroll, Reward and Performance Operations with payroll design in order to optimise risk reduction

This role is an integral role in the service delivery function and requires an individual who can work at scale, can improve and innovate teams and work with a team to hit certain performance criteria ( SLA)
