A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a D&I Manager to join a close-knit, friendly and supportive team of HR and become an integrated part of their team.
As D&I Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
*Leading, organising and driving the agenda for the DE&I sub-groups and steering committee meetings.
*Leading, organising and driving the agenda for the office CSR committee meetings.
*Providing insight, support and direction for all the groups and committees.
*Project managing DE&I and CSR current and new initiatives.
*Ensuring a return on investment from external partnerships e.g. Business Disability Forum
*Providing KPI reporting, with market data as required, including regular reporting against our targets and other KPIs.
*Writing, producing and presenting regular communications on DE&I and CSR programmes
*Supporting internal communication campaigns and external/PR strategies to integrate DE&I and CSR messages and increase understanding.
*Ensuring that our programmes reflect best practice in the market.
*Creating innovative ideas which makes the firm 'stand out' for its work in these fields.
*Updating and delivering the CSR and DE&I strategy plans.
*Submitting entries for awards.
*Preparing reports for the strategy and operations boards and attending the meetings as and when required.
*Build external networks through attending forums, presentations and meetings.
*A minimum of 3 years' experience within D&I
*Proven track record of successfully implementing and delivering initiatives that have had a measurable impact.
*Strong communicator (verbal and written) who is able to engage people at all levels.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Analytical and data driven.
*Innovative thinker with a growth mindset
