The role will be responsible for managing the end to end internal and external recruitment process across the business, working within budget and time to hire targets. The post-holder will be responsible for developing multi-channel attraction campaigns to attract and engage talent across the business.

My client is a leading company within the Pharmaceutical industry who research, develop and market innovative drugs.

Description

My client is looking for an experienced in-house Recruiter who has experience of working in a fast paced environment managing the full end-to-end recruitment process. Including developing, designing and implementing multi-channel attraction strategies. This experience, coupled with the ability to create strong internal and external working relationships will equip you to understand the requirements of hiring managers and work seamlessly with external providers when sourcing candidates.

Profile

Candidate Specification:

  • Preferably CIPD qualified or working towards the CIPD qualification (funding may be provided).
  • Ideally educated to a minimum of A' Level standard with good verbal and numerical skills.
  • Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet/Intranet platforms, Success Factors and external recruitment sites & multichannels e.g. Linked In.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills as the role requires significant multitasking which involves re-prioritisation of workload on a regular basis.
  • Excellent attention to detail skills and the ability to produce work to a consistency high standard.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal sensitively and diplomatically with a range of people

Job Offer

Upto £40K salary + Permanent contract
