HR Organisational Design Specialist - Global Projects - Inhouse role - FTSE Firm


FTSE listed global financial services firm, recognised for their contribution in supporting economic growth and funding innovation. With hubs in London, India and Eastern Europe amongst others, and c20,000 employees.

Due to significant acquisition they are investing in two Organisational Design Specialists. Working within the global people function as an Organisational Design specialist you will design and embed people based change programmes to support business requirements, from job grading to refining target operating models. You will partner with HR and functional business leads to design and deliver your recommendations as well as develop OD methodologies, tools and frameworks for the future.

You will be an Organisational Design specialist, with a successful track record at senior or middle management level. You will have proven experience in leading complex operating model / organisational design projects, on an international level, and be skilled in delivering through influence. You will be skilled in reporting writing and senior stakeholder management, and a human capital background will be well received but is not essential.

Excellent pack including 2/3 days per week in London, base salary between £70,000 and £100,000 (depending on OD experience), 20% + bonus, generous company benefits.
