After a very successful year of growth, my client is looking for a People Advisor to join the team, on a 12 month fixed term contract.

My client is a leading supply chain partner for British business. A trusted partner to many of the UK's most recognisable brands and influential public bodies.

Description

Ensuring the provision of a high quality people service to all stakeholders in all areas of HR. This includes Resourcing, employee relations, Learning and Development and reward.
You will also support management with all ER queries and providing Generalist HR support and advice, whilst ensuring all site and company policies are adhered too.

Within this role you will also be required to support on change projects and maintain excellent relationships with all on site employees.

You will play an active role in supporting the 3 HR Assistants in the team.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/ be:

You must be able to demonstrate relevant HR experience - ideally CIPD qualified or first hand experience of dealing with complex ER issues.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
HR Generalist
Must be flexible in terms of work pattern, there is a night time shift where you may be required to be on site to cover ER cases - meaning you may be required to be in site at the start of the night shift 9-10pm.
