Interim HR Consultant - redundancy project - 6 Months - Outside of scope IR35
A global corporate business.
As the Interim HR Consultant, you will be responsible for running a redundancy project including shaping the selection criteria and pools, communications to the business and supporting line managers through the process. You will lead collective consultations and work closely with the administration team for the documentation and correspondence.
It is essential that you have worked as an Interim Hr Consultant within large corporate businesses where you will have led collective consultations for over 150 people. You will have managed the process from end to end and will have strong stakeholder management to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and can commit to a 6 month contract working in the London office 2 days per week.
