Oakleaf are partnering with this fanstic global strategy firm to support the hire of a Senior Recruiter into their Londonn based Recruitment team, hiring across their Consulting/ fee earning practice areas.

This high performing team work to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market. Your role will include providing support for the Senior Hiring channel through, organising interviews and debriefs, arranging events and managing the virtual and in person interviews. Managing internal stakeholders and candidates through our whole process. Also being responsible for the accuracy of data for analysis on their recruitment events, applications, assessment processes and offers extended.

You will:

* Provide overall direct support to the Senior Hiring Recruiting Team in the London office (People Lead upwards)

* Managing De-Briefs of interviews, managing the interviewers and challenging where necessary on feedback and decision being made

* Guiding key stakeholders on best practice in recruiting processes

* Extensive knowledge and experience in recruitment functions for hiring at a senior level

* Taking full ownership for ensuring the best candidate experience

* Have responsibility for specific Practice Area recruiting and at certain cohort, to be the main point of contact for key stakeholders, including for the sponsoring partners, the internal search team and headhunters

* Own the relationships with other recruiting functions to deliver candidate pipelines to the recruiting manager

* Support with any Senior Hire event management

* Responsible for managing 2 Junior members of the team

* Assist Head of Recruiting and Experience Hiring Team in any analysis or preparation for meetings with Partners and Recruiting Leadership team

* Work collaboratively with the Campus Team and International Recruiting team as and when required

* Ad hoc project work


* Previous experience of working with HR/Recruitment systems is essential, working with Avature and WorkDay is preferable

* 5-7 years of experience, ideally from a Professional Services firm

* Proactive and taking the initiative to identify opportunities to support the team and improve ways of working

* Enthusiastic with a positive "can-do" attitude

* This is a busy role requiring ability to work to short deadlines with the right level of urgency and professionalism

* Extremely organised and able to prioritise and multitask effectively

* Attention to detail to ensure accurate records of recruiting are maintained and the right actions are taken

* Effective and adaptable communication skills and self-organisation are essential
