Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a prestigious accountancy firm, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking for a SSC HR Senior Administrator to join their shared service centre on a permanent basis. Reporting in to the HR Team Leader, you will be responsible for all areas of HR Administration.

Description

The SSC HR Senior Administrator will be responsible for:

  • HR Administration including onboarding, offboarding, and data management
  • Producing HR related reports
  • Providing relevant guidance to employees, escalating when necessary
  • Maintaining and updating the HRIS
  • Assisting in HR related projects
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful SSC HR Senior Administrator will have:

  • A proven track record within a fast paced administrative role, ideally within a HR team
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • A genuine desire to learn
