Payroll manager - New York City, NY

A great opportunity to join a leading global financial services firm and embrace their innovative plans for Rewards, Employee Benefits and Wellbeing.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the US employees across all payroll, compensation and benefits related matters.
Responsible for managing employee queries around benefits and payroll while conforming to local and and Federal labor laws
Potential for the role to expand Internationally
The Reward and Well being Manager will be client service-orientated, able to multi task,and adapt to changing priorities.
The Reward and Wellbeing Manager will have previously worked in a dynamic fast paced environment with changing priorities.
Extensive payroll and benefits experience
Innovative approach to engage employees with wellness initiatives.
knowledge of key Human Resources concepts as well as federal and state employment regulations
Experienced in vendor relationship management
ADP experience or similar system
