Page Personnel HR have been briefed on an HR Coordinator role with a well-recognised and reputable client in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across generalist HR within a diverse and growing international business. Client Details

Our client are a well-recognised company who operate on a global scale. The company and, more specifically the HR department, is growing and they are recruiting for an HR Coordinator to support them with generalist administration. The role will involve monitoring inboxes, offering first line advice and completing admin tasks relating to the employee lifecycle. The company offer hybrid working and excellent benefits. The role is based in Manchester.


The key responsibilities for the HR Coordinator role in Manchester are:

  • managing HR administration for all key HR processes
  • processing new starters, leavers and employee changes
  • ensuring information is passed to all relevant authorisation procedures
  • inputting payroll data/changes into systems for payroll processing
  • preparing and issuing contracts and offer letters
  • monitoring a busy email inbox and handling first line queries
  • producing ad hoc reporting and analysing data
  • updating and maintaining HR systems
  • providing support to the wider HR team


The successful candidate will have/be:

  • previous experience in a HR capacity
  • HR related qualification desirable
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • familiar with HR systems and MS Office
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a large organisation
  • strong interpersonal skills and able to build relationships
  • knowledge and understanding of importance of confidentiality
