Internal Recruiter, £30,000 Per Annum plus bonus (Hybrid Working)
Macmillan Davies are partnering with a Financial Services business in their search for an Internal Recruiter to join their growing team. Hybrid working, offering an opportunity to spend 3 days in their Preston office and 2 days home working.
Working as part of the Recruitment team, you will recruit for a wide variety of vacancies from Administrators through to Senior Management roles as well as finance, IT and other specialist roles. Duties will include:
*Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
*Conducting effective hiring manager briefings, getting to understand the needs of the team and the requirements of the role
*Sourcing candidates via advertisements and utilising job boards
*Using Linkedin Recruiter and other social media channels to attract talent
*Maximising the potential for internal referrals with the recommendation scheme
*Using external agencies when required
*Reviewing applications and compiling effective shortlists
This role is ideally suited to a strong recruiter who will be able to demonstrate:
*Experience of recruitment gained in either an inhouse or agency setting
*Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
*Team focus and an ability to collaborate and share information and ideas
*Proactive and self-motivated attitude
*Confidence to push back and manage hiring manager's expectations
Salary c£30,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
