30 hours per week HR Administrator - flexible hours either 4 days or school hours. £24K Pro rota in Plymouth.

Your new company
Working for a not for profit company in Plymouth.
We have 2 roles 1 x FTC for 18 months and 1 permanent vacancy.
Both are 30 hours per week with flexible hours either 4 days per week or school hours across 5 days.
50% of your working week can be working from home as they are working under the hybrid working model currently.

Your new role
The postholders will provide HR administrative support including recruitment, updating records, HR inbox enquiries, raising POs, new starter process, leaver process and committees.
We are looking for individuals who will be flexible and motivated, with experience working within an HR environment in a generalist role.
Comfortable with learning new systems and processes, they will provide administrative support using excellent organization skills and keen eye for detail to manage recruitment campaigns, administering HR processes, updating records, responding to queries, raising purchase orders, organizing training courses and taking minutes at meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
Have or working towards CIPD level 3.
Previous experience within Recruitment or Learning and Development.
