Page Personnel are currently partnering with a reputable manufacturing and production business, based in Llanberis, who are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join their team. As part of this standalone role, you will take responsibility for the full HR process. Please note, an ability to speak Welsh will offer a distinct advantage.

The HR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing all of the HR policies and procedures ensuring they are up to date and compliant with current employment law and legislation
  • Taking ownership of the full end to end recruitment process
  • Managing and leading performance appraisals
  • Managing complex employee relations cases, ensuring they are resolved effectively
  • Managing the HRIS and employee database
  • Leading staff wellness and benefits initiatives
  • Completing training needs analysis
  • Designing, implementing, and evaluating training programmes


The successful HR Manager will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • An up to date knowledge of all employment law and legislation
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Ability to speak fluent Welsh
