Page Personnel are currently partnering with a reputable automotive business, based in Knowsley, who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join their growing team. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing advice a guidance to line managers across the business. Please note, there is some ad hoc travel required between various sites.

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing advice and guidance to line managers and key stakeholders on HR related matters
  • Managing complex employee relations cases
  • Leading the absence management process
  • Updating, improving, and implementing policies and procedures
  • Managing the recruitment process
  • Participating in HR related projects
  • Travelling between sites to conduct meetings
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required


The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • A proven track record of working within a busy HR related environment, ideally at Advisor level
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (desirable)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Genuine desire to learn and progress
  • Ability to travel between sites on an ad hoc basis
