Your new company m, £40,000-£45,000Hays are excited to represent a leading, growing, financial regulated organisation, who are seeking an L&D-Content Developer, to join their collaborative organisation, where they welcome ideas and suggestions and creative ways of working.

Your new role
As a permanent L&D-Content Developer, you will report to the Head of L&D and will be responsible for designing, developing and writing e-learning content, Compliance content and Financial Services Regulated content, you will have the ability to read and understand regulations and guidance and create story boards for learners and create engaging content, ideally using Articulate 360/ Articulate Storyline.

You will be responsible for creating new training material and extending the portfolio of training. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly management information reports across the organisations e-learning platform that record performance, usage and engagement feedback and assisting with other e-learning platform administration, including new member set-up and annual renewals.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an L&D Specialist, who has created e-learning training content, in a compliance or regulated business environment e.g. a bank or financial services. Some familiarity with Codes of Practice, and regulatory regimes like Financial Conduct Authority, Competition & Markets Authority etc would be advantageous. Knowledge of authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360/ Articulate Storyline are desirable and good graphic design, video editing and animation skills would be advantageous.
