The role of Training/Health & Safety Coordinator will consist of esuring all health & safety training aligns with the Trust's health & safety goals and objectives. Applying analytical and methodical approaches, the role holder will be anaylising current systems and processes, identifying positives and challenges in order to adapt and improve the organisation's current methods of training.
Candidates wishing to apply should have:
- Experience of training & learning analysis, assesments and audits
- Experience of presenting training materials and coordinating programmes
- Excellent communication skills with a methodical and analytical approach
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
