An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training/Health and Safety Coordinator to join a leading Charity in West Yorkshire.

Client Details

We have partnered with a leading Charity that provide excellent training opportunities and flexible working, and value their employees wellbeing.

Description

The role of Training/Health & Safety Coordinator will consist of esuring all health & safety training aligns with the Trust's health & safety goals and objectives. Applying analytical and methodical approaches, the role holder will be anaylising current systems and processes, identifying positives and challenges in order to adapt and improve the organisation's current methods of training.

Profile

Candidates wishing to apply should have:

  • Experience of training & learning analysis, assesments and audits
  • Experience of presenting training materials and coordinating programmes
  • Excellent communication skills with a methodical and analytical approach
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills

Job Offer

25 days holiday, rising to 30 with service + Pension scheme doubled by employer up to 10% + remote working with occasional travel + Life Assurance 5x Salary + employee assistance programme + wellbeing support
