We are delighted to be working exclusively with a household UK Financial Services business, established for over 100 years, AUM of over £250 billion and employing over 15,000 staff, this business has a truly enviable brand presence. They are now looking to hire a Head of Executive Compensation to engage and be the trusted partner and advisor to CEO, Board, Directors and Remuneration Committee with end-to-end ownership of the Executive Compensation proposition.

Working closely with the CPO and Director of Reward, you will lead and manage a team responsible for all elements of Executive Compensation including; strategy, variable pay scheme design, the executive director remuneration policy and other supporting policies, governance and regulatory reporting (including MRT identification, DRR, Pillar III reporting and High Earners report). You will also have responsibility and oversight for the company-wide variable pay schemes and will influence and connect across the business and C-Suite stakeholders.

As a result, the business is looking to meet senior Reward professionals with extensive Executive Compensation experience gained within a large-scale business (understanding of reward regulations within financial services is required) You will need gravitas as an Executive Compensation expert to influence and effectively challenge at c-suite level, building a strategic vision and achieving 'buy in'.

This role can be based remotely in the UK on a hybrid basis with attendance of London based RemCo meetings (occurring 6 - 7 times annually). The position comes with an excellent fixed salary, competitive bonus and benefits and the business is happy to buy-out outstanding LTIP incentives including bonus.
