Looking for an immediately available candidate to join a fast paced environment within Financial Services in the HR team. The HR Operations Associate will be responsible for Payroll for multiple locations, Recruitment and HR analytics.
The client is a global Insurance Brokerage based in Central London with a fast growing HR team.
The key responsibilities of HR Operations Associate will be:
- Delivering payroll to multiple locations
- Liaising with US HR team for payroll and benefits
- Managing on boarding and off boarding
- Management of the performance process
- HR Analytic - ad hoc reporting, headcount, org charts
- First point of contact for all employee queries
- Managing benefits
The successful HR Operations Associate will have 3 years experience in the HR space within Financial Services. You will be confident with delivering payroll with a strong attention to detail. Being able to use your initiative and think on your feet working in a fast paced environment. Looking for someone who is immediately available.
