This is an opportunity to join a global retailer as a Senior HR Advisor. This role will work across Europe supporting both head office and retail operations.

Description
The position of Senior International HR Advisor will:
- Providing generalist HR support across Europe
- Manage and oversee HR processes
- Manage and monitor HR systems
- Drive employee engagement across Europe
- Partner with HRD & HRBPs to support performance and development
- Get involved in various HR projects alongside the wider HR team
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of Senior International HR Advisor will:
- Be an experienced HR Advisor / HR Manager
- Have worked across an International client base
- Come from a Retail / Leisure / Hospitality / Consumer background
- Thrive working at pace
- Ideally speak German and / or Dutch

£50,000 to £53,000 + Comprehensive Package + Hybrid Working
