A great opportunity for a L&D Administrator to join an Accountancy firm based in Central London. This role offers hybrid working.

Description

The successful L&D Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Early Careers and L&D team with day-to-day administration
  • Ensuring that all training performances are tracked and recorded
  • Supporting with the auditing of learning and training material
  • Making all future bookings for training courses
  • Working with the wider HR team on ad-hoc projects

Profile

The successful L&D Administrator will have previously:

  • Worked within a busy HR or L&D team previously
  • Highly organised and the ability to multitask
  • Had experience working with different stakeholders
  • Worked within early careers is desirable but not essential

Job Offer

The successful L&D Administrator can expect a salary between £25-27,000 with benefits. The role also offers hybrid working.
