As a L&D Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Manging the curriculum for lawyers and business services

Reviewing and approving learning content that is available to the firm

Creating assessments and appraisals to measure the L&D teams' performance

Committing to a high level of client service in a global team environment

Providing support planning, organising and hosting the training events for the firms.

Handling data and documentation for the L&D team

Identify gaps in the regions/global L&D performance team

As a L&D specialist, you will possess:

Previous experience or training in instructional design

Previous experience working in professional service environment

Previous experience working 1-1 with stakeholders and additional members of the team

A self-motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to use initiative
