As a Compensation Specialist you will join an established EMEA compensation team, and a wider Reward team. You will take on ad-hoc regulatory and non-regulatory reward based projects, as well as support the wider Total Rewards team, but ultimately your deliverables will be regulatory biased. You will prepare reports - including high earning reports - for relative regulatory committees, maintain policies where required and design and model reward structures to align with the required regulations.
The successful Compensation Specialist will have a proven track record within investment management, or financial markets i.e. will have proven experience in a regulatory environment. As well as being a Comp expert, advanced skills in MS Excel to deal with complex formulae, formatting and analysing large amounts of data is required. Ideally experience will cover EMEA, and include deferred compensation but this is not essential. Likewise, any experience with Workday or Oracle will be well received. Working with industry leaders, the Compensation Specialist will have excellent communication, organisation and influencing skills.
12 month contract with a daily rate of £572.70 PAYE / £678.92 Umbrella.
