An opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is looking to develop their career within generalist HR. You will support a small team of HR generalists providing an efficient HR service to the organisation.
You will support recruitment, employee wellbeing, benefits and learning and development. You will effectively support with any process within the employee lifecycle, coordinate onboarding, support coordination of training and development and contribute to the maintenance and development of HR Policies and procedures.
You should have a good understanding of employment law and experience interpreting, advising and implementing policies and procedures, and recruitment knowledge. You should ideally be working towards or have gained your Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
