Job Details
We have a current opportunity for a Resourcing Advisor on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Basingstoke on a hybrid contract, they will require you to travel to London or Guilford once a week (expensed) while working from home for the rest of week or the Basingstoke office (depending on your needs).
You would be looking after the end to end recruitment cycle from advertising, phone screening, book interviews, all the way to offer stage. Candidates will then be looked after by the onboarding team however the longer people has been working for this firm, the more responsability they can get. Good communication skills, both oral and written, resilient, firm is great place to work and everyone is really friendly but need to be very confident
We are looking for IDEALLY someone who has been a Resourcing Advisor/Assistant in a law firm/Professional Services or Financial Services, We We would also consider someone coming straight from agency if they had professional services or financial services recruitment experience.
