Junior HR Business Partner, £40,000 Per Annum, Accrington

Macmillan Davies are working on behalf of one of the largest online retailers in the UK as they look to attract a Junior HR Business Partner to join their highly performing and fast-growing HR team. This role will operate to support the HR function in all ER and project related matters.

About the role:

*Giving legally compliant ER advice as required, ensuring the most effective and commercially beneficial options for ER are given to support wider business decisions
*Supporting the annual business performance and pay review process, ensuring a fair and coherent approach
*Working effectively alongside the Comms and Engagement Business Partner aswell as other key stakeholders in the business
*Contributing to the implementation and driving of people related projects, ensuring business objectives are achieved at all times
*Driving improved people metrics across the business as required
*Co-ordinating the Comms & Engagement piece and ensuring the promotion of a healthy, engaged and retained workforce

About You:

*Solid background in working at a Junior Business Partner level previously ideally in a fast-paced role
*CIPD qualified
*Experience in managing multiple ER cases within a speedy and customer focused environment
*Capacity to coach and mentor others
*Solid background in stakeholder management
*Impeccable knowledge of employment law.
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines as required
*Natural Team Player
*Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills
*Experience in change management
*Able to support in both recruitment and on boarding when required
