Job Details
My client is a renowned global consulting firm that operate in over 100 countries. They are looking for a senior specialist with a background in team management, development, and previous experience of hands-on approach working closely with senior stakeholders.
£48,000 - £51,000
Flexible Working - Team Day Tuesday
5-10% Bonus available

The roles main responsibilities:
- Manage and develop 2 members of the specialist team
- Lead and support on reviewing operations
- Lead stakeholder communications with senior directors and additional operations directors
- Lead development on improvement initiatives
- Manage all aspects of review operations
- Support and establish a strong link with your team to enable the firms teams message
To be considered successful, you must:
- Previous stakeholder management
- Previous experience in/a leadership roles
- Be able to work with a level of urgency and initiative
- Ability to work 2 days in the office when necessary
- Hold an understanding of using metrics to development a team
- Ability to handle difficult situations and hold previous team mentality
