Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a listed technology business with their search for a Reward Business Partner.
Reporting into the HRD you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Taking ownership of all compensation matters including leading on the annual salary and bonus review process and managing benchmarking
* Working with the HRD on executive level compensation
* Managing the company's equity programme
* Owning the company's benefits plans, working closely with vendors and taking a creative approach to develop an innovative benefit offering
We are looking for someone who has a strong total reward background and has a good understating of equity plans and is happy to work in both an operational hands-on reward role as well as taking responsibility for the strategic direction of the reward function. You must be comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders.
