Join a national leading charity as an interim Associate Director of People Services for an approximate duration of 12-18 months. The organisation are embarking on a period of change, and looking for support developing the HR shared service function. The role is based in London, 1 day a week in the office.

An Associate Director of People Services to:
- Support a shared service team, including Administration, Systems, Data, 1st line support etc.
- Support and lead on a restructure as the operating model is being implemented.
