Fantastic opportunity for an Learning & Development Manager to join a progressive and engaging organisation
We are seeking an experience Learning & Development Manager who has the capacity to lead a team of Learning & Development Specialists.
Reporting into the Head of L&D with responsibility of leading the L&D Specialists, you'll manage key learning and development initiatives as well as oversee the L&D core offer. You'll work with the Head of L&D to ensure the L&D team design, develop, deliver and evaluate highly effective, high quality solutions that support corporate and strategic objectives.
Candidates
Were seeking experience L&D professionals with leadership skills and experiences
- Experience in leading a team to success, even if not in L&D (preferred)
- Significant experience and passion for L&D, with up-to-date knowledge of current trends in L&D (essential)
- Significant experience in leading on management and leadership development programmes; both design and delivery (Essential)
- Exudes confidence when delivering, with the ability to draw upon many theories and models ad-hoc
- Ability to quickly build relationships, building and maintaining credibility amongst colleagues, managers and senior leaders alike
- You'll have the confidence, assertiveness and excellent people skills to adapt and connect to the many fantastic personalities
