HR Advisor - Doncaster - Flexible working - 6 month FTC - £30,984 - £32,798 DOE

Your new role
This role will lead on complex employee relations case work across the business in particular attendance, investigations and support managers in hearings as well as day to day support and coaching of managers.

  • Make a proactive contribution to good employee relations by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with trade unions and by supporting and encouraging managers to undertake effective consultation with trade union and employee representatives
  • Ensure accurate and complete records of all casework is maintained and to assist the HR Business Partners to prepare document bundles for formal hearings, appeals and employment tribunals to high standards.
  • Write and prepare a range of business documents and management information, including reports, job descriptions, briefings and correspondence
  • Advise on the application and interpretation of all human resources policies, procedures, local and national terms and conditions, employment legislation and case law, escalating cases for professional advice where appropriate

This is a great opportunity to truly impact of the organisation through its effective people/HR processes. The role will require a small amount of travel between sites.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a 6 month FTC role so you should be immediately available. You will hold a minimum of CIPD Level 5 - or of suitable equivalent experience.
Be a proactive and inspirational people manager OR have the attributes and skill set to move into management.
Have HR / Employee Lifecycle experience.
